| Dressing: | |||
| 2 | Tablespoons | olive oil | |

| 4 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |

| 2 | cloves | small garlic, minced | |
|  | |||
| 1 | Tablespoon | snipped fresh organo | |
|  | |||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | coarsely ground pepper | |
|  | |||
| 2 | avocados | ||
|  | |||
| 3 | ounces | very thinly sliced prosicutto, cut into 16 strips | |
|  | |||
Dressing:
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper in sealed container.  Set aside.  
Cut the avocados in half; remove the pit.  Peel each half and cut into four wedges.  Wrap one strip of prosciutto around each wedge.  Arrange on a serving plate.  Cover and shake dressing; drizzle over wedges.
